Gratitude and appreciation for Central Middle School’s Keith Hodson, Allied Tech Teacher and his Community Services Class for taking on the Display Board project for our 2019 Event!

We’ll follow the progress of the creation and assembly of 30 sandwich-board displays which will be used at the Sporting Clays Event May 10th, 2019. Each board will display not only the Station Number along the trail, but they will have space for the biographies of our Alaska loved ones who live with Cystic Fibrosis. These displays will also display “Final Flight” the reverent set of photos of those who have lost this life long battle.

I had noticed projects outside the school, as I drove home each day.

When I inquired, Keith Hodson made a quick decision and his students enthusiastically took on this project! After a brief presentation to the class, with some information about cystic fibrosis, and the nature of the lung disease and it’s effects, a few students had further ideas, of involving their churches or families! Of being a part of the effort! I’ll post progress as they move forward.

Please reach out and thank those you know at Central Middle School!

“You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it” Thank you to Keith Hodson and his students for being a part of our battle!
